Great clean but this wasn’t a wine spot?!

Great location and property setup. We enjoyed our stay.

It was Very Beautiful all in all. Inside and out. Very clean, the atmosphere was very Welcoming and felt like home! All in All my experience of rate 10/10. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay out there!

Came to Redding to visit with family. This space was delightfully decorated, super clean, and organized in a manner that was well thought out. Everything I needed in one spot. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels, AND a sound machine-what a life saver for this white noise addicted sleeper. So many great restaurants close by, as well. Finally, the host provided all relevant info before I even asked for it. Very welcoming and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when visiting!!

First impression was, the location is great, and even though it’s public parking, it was never an issue. We stayed from a Friday to Sunday. Redding is very hot, and as soon as we walked into the apartment, it was a nice cool temperature inside and extremely clean. All the pictures listed are spot on how it looks. We would absolutely recommend to anyone we know traveling up to Redding and we would definitely stay here again. Christie was always super responsive! Checking in and checking out was smooth!
